This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund, including eligibility requirements, processing timelines, and exceptions. By placing an order on our website (betachic.shop), you agree to comply with this policy, as well as our Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, your return must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The request for a refund must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date of your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Product Condition: The Women’s Tops being returned must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that have been washed, altered, stained, or had tags removed are ineligible for a refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number (found in your order confirmation email) when requesting a refund.
  • Valid Reason: Refunds are granted for reasons including (but not limited to):
  • Change of mind (subject to the above condition);
  • Receiving a defective, damaged, or faulty item;
  • Receiving the wrong size, color, or style (due to a Betachic error);
  • Items that do not match the product description on our website.

Note: Custom or personalized items (if offered in the future) are non-refundable unless they are defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

2. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to initiate a refund:

Step 1: Submit a Refund Request

  • Your full name (as it appears on your order);
  • Order number;
  • The specific item(s) you wish to return for a refund (including size, color, and quantity);
  • Reason for the refund (e.g., “defective stitching,” “wrong size received,” “change of mind”);
  • For defective or incorrect items: Attach clear photos of the item (showing the issue) and the original packaging (if possible) to help us resolve your request quickly.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization (RA)

Our team will review your refund request within 2 business days of receipt. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) email containing:

  • A unique RA number (required for processing your return);
  • The address where you must ship the item(s) back to us;
  • Instructions for packaging and labeling the return.

Do not ship items without an RA number—unauthorized returns may be delayed or rejected.

Step 3: Ship the Item(s) Back

Package the eligible item(s) securely, include the RA number on the outer packaging (or as a note inside), and ship it to the address provided in the RA email.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
  • If you are requesting a refund due to a Betachic error (e.g., defective item, wrong order), we will reimburse your return shipping costs. To claim reimbursement, provide a copy of your shipping receipt via email to [email protected] after shipping the item.
  • If you are requesting a refund for “change of mind” or other non-error reasons, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • Shipping Tips: Use a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your return. Betachic is not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will inspect them to confirm they meet the eligibility criteria (this typically takes 3–5 business days).

  • Approved Refunds: If the inspection passes, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 1 business day of approval.
  • Refund Arrival: Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor’s processing times. For example:
  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.
  • PayPal or other third-party payment refunds: 5–7 business days to be credited to your account.

We will send you an email notification once the refund has been initiated, so you can track its progress with your payment provider.

4. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items returned after the 60-day window;
  • Items that are used, worn, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging;
  • Returns without a valid RA number;
  • Items lost or damaged during return shipping (unless shipped via a trackable method and proven to be lost in transit);
  • Shipping costs for “change of mind” returns (unless otherwise stated);
  • Gift cards (if offered in the future) – these are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Refund for Canceled Orders

If you cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped (see our Terms of Purchase for cancellation eligibility), we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 1 business day of cancellation. The refund will arrive in your account within 5–10 business days, as outlined in Section 3.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return and refund process outlined in Sections 2–3 once you receive the item.
